Flash Point Tester

I. Scope of application

This instrument is designed and made as per GB/T 5208-2008 Determination of flash point - Rapid equilibrium closed cup method.It also correspond with ISO 1523 and ISO 3679.

This instrument adopts advanced electric temperature controller as the core.It is equipped with proper interface circuit to realize the automation of temperature control.It has the functions of automatic switchover of heating power and automatic temperature control. This instrument is easy to operate, having reasonable structure, accuracy detection, stable performance and direct display. It is the ideal substitution of imported instruments.It can meet the requirements of rapid determination for closed cup flash point of petroleum products in oil,chemical, varnish, paint, railway, aviation, electricity, commercial inspection and science research institution.

This instrument is especially suitable to determine the products such as colored paint,oil paint, adhesive,solvent,petroleum and other relevant products which flash point is 50℃～100℃.

I. Main technical features
1.Designed as per GB/T 5208-2008 Determination of flash point - Rapid equilibrium closed cup method. It can realize purpose of testing closed cup flash point rapidly and at low temperature.
2.The instrument adopts semiconductor refrigeration device and external water cooling device.The size is small and cooling rate

is rapid.Easy to operate.
3.Test sample needed is less.2ml for each time（4ml for solid sample and semi-solid sample）
4.The determination procedure is automatically completed except ignition.Test results can be printed automatically.
